The De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo Titanium EC9255.T is a compact manual espresso machine designed to bring an authentic barista-style coffee experience into the home. Combining precise bean grinding, controlled espresso extraction, manual milk texturing and rapid cold-brew preparation, it provides the tools required to create both hot and cold coffee recipes from freshly ground beans.

The integrated conical burr grinder features 15 adjustable settings, allowing the grinding level to be matched to different coffee beans, roast profiles and taste preferences. Coffee is ground directly into the filter holder, helping maintain freshness while reducing the number of separate tools required during preparation.

A supplied Dosing and Tamping Guide fits onto the filter holder during grinding and tamping. It helps direct the ground coffee into the filter basket and prevents grounds from spilling onto the countertop. The included metal tamper and tamping mat provide the additional tools needed to create an even coffee puck before extraction.

Active Temperature Control maintains a stable water temperature during brewing and offers three infusion-temperature profiles. This allows the extraction temperature to be adapted to different coffee beans, helping reveal their distinctive aroma, sweetness and flavour characteristics.

Three preset drink selections provide direct preparation for Espresso, Americano and Cold Brew. A separate hot-water function can be used for tea, infusions or adjusting coffee-based beverages. The straightforward button-and-dial interface provides easy access to each recipe without a complicated digital menu.
