🥞 Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- A rinse of sugar (just a touch!)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rum (optional, but gives depth)
👩🍳 How to Make It
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, and rum.
- Slowly add the flour, sugar, and melted butter.
- Whisk until the batter is smooth and silky — no lumps!
- Let it rest for 15–30 minutes (optional, but helps the texture).
- Heat a nonstick Tefal pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a small ladle of batter and swirl the pan to spread it thin.
- Cook for about 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
